Hall Rental

Hall Rental: 2 hour minimum $500 Security Deposit for All Events

$75 per hour (St. John Township Residents)

$125 per hour (Indiana State Residents)

$175 per hour (Out-of-State Residents)

Bringing in own food & non-alcoholic beverages is permitted.

Township reduces rental fees by $25.00 per hour if  Township Caterer is used.

Rental fees are waived if event uses both the Township

Caterer and Bar Packages with 100 guests or more.



Meeting Room Rental:

$200 Security Deposit for Events without Food

$50 per hour (St. John Township Residents)

$75 per hour (Indiana Residents)

$125 per hour (Out-of-State Residents)

Special Pricing Available for Community and Nonprofit Groups.

Gazebo Rental

$100 with any Hall or Meeting Room Rental

$400 Gazebo Rental Only (2 hours) 

Additional hour: $200

Mimosa Bar only: 3 hours $6 per person

Soda Bar: $5 per person 5-20 years (4 and under: Free)

Bartender Fees

Cash Bar and Bar Packages: $100 per bartender

(Over 100 guests requires 2 bartenders)

Mimosa Bar: $60 per bartender

Pricing incudes 7% sales tax on alcohol

Security Fee

Security Officer Fee of $40 per hour for Bar Packages
